This past weekend I was down in Kendal, in the Lake District, exhibiting in Art Fest North, in it’s second year, held at the Coronation Town Hall. It’s the same organisers as Printfest so it was a successful , well organised, well publicised event. I exhibited all of my new landscapes of Morecambe Bay, including ‘Humphrey Head’ which I worked up from a sketch that I drew on location back in May. The original sketch (half the size) was chosen for entry into the Royal Scottish Academy Open exhibition. See my other blog entry. I also exhibited my new boats and of course a few dogs too.
